Myotherapy works with the soft tissues of the body to help relieve pain and restriction. It uses massage techniques as well as other modalities. This gives both therapist and client the choice of techniques that best suit them.
Myotherapy works to treat the cause, not just the symptoms. It also looks at releasing pressure, tightness and restriction that may occur gradually or come on suddenly.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you enjoy life.
